Debra is the leader of the entire team at Wesley Woods.  She is in charge of making sure that your overall stay meets your expectations, working through issues as they arise, and moving/activating company resources to ensure your loved one receives the highest standard of care.

Theresa is the expert in all things related to your transition from the hospital or community setting to Wesley Woods.  She will work with the hospital discharge planner or your family to make your transition as seamless as possible.

Dione ensures that all of your social, psychosocial and physical needs are met upon admission and eventual discharge. She will aid in arranging therapy sessions, visit with you about your history and future goals, and assist with any equipment needs you may have after discharge to ensure success.

Amanda heads up the entire clinical team at Wesley Woods. She will work to understand your clinical history, future clinical goals, and coordinate the care you receive during your stay to meet those goals.

Brenda is the person who will verify all of your benefits and inform you of what financial responsibility you may have during your stay at Wesley Woods.  We don’t want there to be any surprises for you in this area, so transparency up front is key. Brenda will ensure you are fully aware of the financial implications of a stay at Wesley Woods.
